I always love my first morning back in AZ, especially in the winter because it is so warm. The day starts with some pavement pounding along my old running route. Yesterday morning I went out with Cocoa, that's our dog who we affectionately call Coke. We went on a 5 mile run/walk. I am pretty excited because we ran a mile, walked three, and then ran the final mile. Due to my hip, I haven't run that far since mid-October. It was lovely!
