An ark to float

I am beginning to think that I should build an ark like Noah did. It has been raining and flooding in Ames for the past week. There have been road closures, overflowing rivers, and soggy basements. Thankfully my basement has only been soggy and not flooded. :)

The rains have brought along lightening and thunder. They are so powerful, bright, and loud. I am awaken during the night by flashes of light and resounding thunder. I love the ways that God displays His power to us through nature. He is the light my life.
